Chocolate Disco has the power to teleport things by pushing buttons on a small keyboard, which correspond to specific spots on an illusory grid that the stand itself projects on the ground.  
Vignette Valencia has the power to teleport things in a specific room by taking a photo of them on a specific mobile phone, and then to replace them with untangible fakes.

To be fair to the chocolate rain comparison, the closest comparison in steel ball run is D4C, and we never see it trap anybody in an empty dimension and there’s no man in the mirror equivalent that I know of.

Okay, mild point, because I’m a serious SBR fanboy, but THAT’S NOT HOW CHOCOLATE DISCO WORKS! It’s only a slight similarity in how they both use teleportation, but that’s it. Chocolate Disco teleports flying objects around to straight up kill people, while Vignette’s phone just sends people to a different dimension. Still, most of these do fit (though I find the point about Jail House Lock to be kind of a stretch).
 
@Vortazonus …if I’m being honest, I’d love to see something similar to Vitamin C or I Am A Rock. I’d totally be down with something like Doobie Wah, though.
