just bumping the Next and Prev here.
You are doing god’s work.
it is a bit of a whiplash, yeah…
I’ll give it that, my eye jumped to those rocks and the waterfall at first too when I read the page. It’s just a bit of a whiplash to see the style change so suddenly.
it’s definitely a different style. the line work is much more complex and precise, and there is a lot more hatching, and a much greater contrast than in the first picture there. I agree that the cave is pretty darn bright white for something you’re not supposed to be able to see your own hoof in. but I kind of don’t mind that, because it makes it easier to see all that gorgeous detail. the way that falling water hits the ground in that first panel is just amazing.
That’s not what I mean. Even when you look at the first pages where everything is greyscale, they’re still more detailed in shading than this.
This page is predominantly plain white, like a blank colouring book, whilst the first page had more shadows and mostly grey-filled characters.
the artist has been using color as a way to represent magical radiation. the more magic is leaking out of something, the more colorful it is. when eros was created, it stopped the out of control rising magic levels, putting all the magic into him instead.
Even then, earlier chapters had absolutely no colour but still a lot more depth in shading when compared to this one.
Equivalent cave scene:
I’m not saying it’s bad, but it’s a noticeable change in style following the long break.
Edit: Maybe we can attribute this to his work with IDW, I dunno. The new pages look more like the IDW comics’ style than the older ones did.
Edited
Well for one, they went into a cave, and two, it takes way longer to color. Not much color in a dark cave, anyway.

I particularly anticipate the next daguerreograph.
I too wish for additional sketches.
I think you might be in the minority with regards to that terminology.
Jerkcity called their pages episodes so that nomenclature stuck with me, since that’s my longest-running webcomic subscription.
You say “episode”, but it appears that you actually mean “page”.
I was concerned that I had missed some episodes when following from that tag due to other tags I’ve hidden. It turns out that Moonglow starts her transformation into an Oracle off-screen and was not in a grimdark-tagged episode that I skipped because it was hidden so I did not miss any after all
Edited because: Add clarity
No, use this link instead; the remaining pages you haven’t read yet are all on the first page of results for that tag as of me posting this comment.
I’d recommend using the imgur to catch up, then following new ones on derpi
Do Imgur albums get updated when new comics come out? I don’t know much about Imgur workings.
use this link. It’s all the comics in order.
anon you probably oughta just destroy their crib, and leave them mazeless to suffer. it’s less… genocidey.
