It sais "johnjudes" actually. Which is a watermark. Which doesn't automatically imply "do not repost", but rather removes possibility of someone stealing it by posting it as their own. There were no request to not repost on the picture or on the tumblr page. If you have issues with this, you can report this image to be removed (below the source link, go to "reporting" -> "rule violation/takedown"). It's a standard practice here to remove any artwork that artists don't want to be freely shared freely.
