“And the ship is burning up and everybody’s screaming ‘help help!’ but the lizard is stomping everything and eating everybody and~~”

Kids are like sponges, they’ll soak up whatever they see and regurgitate it in rather… surprising, ways. Princesses are no exception, and with both Twilight and Shining content their respective niece/daughter was fast asleep on the couch last night and neither bothering to take her upstairs yet, their impromptu late-night monster movie gained an unknown third viewer. Flurry gives it a 7/10 “needs more explosions”.
 
Fun fact, the guys who originally made Godzilla, Toho, hated the infamous 1998 film and its portrayal of the kaiju so much, that when they got the rights to the franchise back, they spent years taking constant hilarious potshots at him, making it canon that the monster in the film wasn’t the actual Godzilla (One character’s reasoning was that he was too small and too weak to be the real Godzilla), and having him killed off in a bout five seconds in a brawl with the actual Godzilla.
