Nah, it’s hardly a shirt that is automatically associated with Chris.The closest you can found on the CWCKI (because yes Chris stalkers are obsessive enough to document his wardrobe like some paparazzos and then have the gals to call anyone “autistic”) is a tshirt he wore a grand total  
Also i do hope no one at DHX had the bad taste to reference an Internet punching ball into the show.That dont feel really “Friendship Is Magic”-ey to dable in low key ableism and participate in the “starification” of a mentally disabled man which is,whether you like it or not is a victim of relentless stalking too.

He is pensioner.

That background pony showed up in earlier episodes, the earliest I know of is the Gladmane episode in S6; he was more noticed in “Once Upon a Zeppelin” in S7 though.
 
The bottom line is that character’s vague enough to possibly either be or not be influenced by Chandler. Here are some points for arguing that he’s Chris-influenced:
 
1: He’s wearing glasses (Chris sometimes did;)  
2: He has a shirt similar to shirts Chris wore;  
3: He’s pudgy like Chris;  
4: The hair is similar to Chris’ hair from 2014-now.
 
A point against the argument:
 
1: No medallion of any kind.

I haven’t seen the episode yet, but is that unicorn supposed to be the mother? If so, they don’t look anything like her from what I saw, which leads me to believe it isn’t Chris chan.

Umm, are we really going to make that stretch that that stallion on the left is made to look like Chris-Chan? It looks like a giant coincidence to me.

How we gonna name that mare? I was thinking (because my fanfics) her name is Gold Blast. But oh well. Fandom will probably give her better name.
