I would prefer Myriad Pro for Twilight, but Book Antiqua/Palatino Linotype is also a good choice.

I think Countryhouse (img 1), Curlz MT, or Funhouse (img 2) would be better for Pinkie Pie.
 
And I think Myriad Pro Regular (img 3) would be for Twilight.

Sure it looks bad for long texts and reports, but for whimsical quick stuff, it’s nice.

Taking away the implications and just looking at the font itself, Comic Sans is a good choice for Pinkie. It suits her.
