That is true.

But she doesn’t have brown eyes. It’s a representation if she had her moms eye color.

Brown eyes are dominant, meaning if you have a gene for brown eyes you will always have brown eyes. Not sure if it’s different in horses…

Apple Bloom’s eyes are in need of a retcon, eyes do not work that way. It is scientifically impossible for Apple Bloom to have brown eyes unless she’s adopted.
