out of all of these, twi and spike should be family-type relationship only. rarity and ember are very good, but i don’t see spike and starlight going anywhere.

Honestly can’t see Spike and Twilight as anything more then family… It actually looks like she’s just kissing him as a mother would on the forehead.
 
The rest i am not appose to… heck why not go all out for him and harem it up.

Again, you are making silly non sequiturs that don’t apply. It doesn’t matter what the show “says.” Get it through your skull. The grown ponies are the adults, and spike is a minor. Again, try again when you actually learn something. If the show decided to portray a romantic relationship between spike and rarity, it would be business suicide, something you clearly don’t understand from your simplistic world view.

In what episodes have they ever used the word adults in the show? Because everytime a mare needs to go to the bathroom, they are referred to as “fillies” and when a stallion gets married, they are referred to as “colts” not adults.
