I thought she was made the same way cell was, by those er.. tiny cell-stealing robots that a super-computer combined to make the ultimate fighter, or whatever dr. gero was trying to do. and some of those cells were from the majiin buu.

me am okay with this.
As I’ve mentioned a while ago, Superman can be harmed by magic like a normal person. However, it’s not Kryptonite where it makes him a pushover. A user would need some high-level stuff to kill him, and it might not do it one-shot. For example, he took a hit from a magical artifact called the Claw of Horus which is the equivalent of being punched by the Planet Earth but he was fine afterwards. And again, this comic was made of rule of funny.

And like Ben Riley, Android 21 took a lot of great potential and dunked it into a sewage tank.
To be fair that just makes her a clone in the literal sense of the word, like Ben Riley and Bizarro Superman.

And I thought Android 21 would be a more interestingly designed mad scientist villain that Dragon Ball hasn’t seen for quite some time and not just another damn Majin Buu, but alas here we are. Besides if DBSuper can get away with saying fuck all to the rules….
it’s the same thing: given stolen powers using cells snatched by gero’s computer robot bug things, except with buu added. that makes her (and cell) an everything ripoff!
