Description

I finally did it. I wanted to draw Shino’s Delta Vee for a while now but never had the right mood to do it until last night. A friend said after I told him that I don’t know what to draw “Draw Delta Vee in a Rocket Engine or so” and yeah… This popped immediately into my mind. Delta Vee in the bell of an Aerojet Rocketdyne RS-25 (Or simple Space Shuttle main engine)…

The RS-25 engine bell has a diameter of 96 inches, or 8 feet (according to wikipedia). If you look at Delta Vee’s rear end in the picture, it looks as if you could fit about two of her on top of each other and just about be scraping the bell on both sides. That implies a height from hoof to croup of 4 feet, which is not too far off common fandom scaling.

Kudos for actually tagging the engine model, the aerospace fanboy in me approves.
