Well that reason is most likely: “For shits ‘n giggles”
 
But about 2 people noticed the tags immediately. Was weird since I don’t think either are in the IRC Livefeed.

Because some people will downvote anything. ANYTHING. It could be the most adorable picture of filly Twilight holding a book in her mouth like a little puppy dog and it’d still have 2 or 3 downvotes.

There was an announcement banner that hanged above the site for a month (from mid-to-late November to late December) with a link to a thread in the forums detailing all the submission guidelines.

i can’t speak for the rp forums (i avoid rp like necrotizing fasciitis) but aside from the containment grid you can find some good stuff in the forums. just find one that has a topic you relate to and jump in.
