That’s okay, all flesh is equal when burnt.
I think out of any other teased or canonnised couple so far, they are the one who make the most of sense and have the most chemistry. Possibly Twilight could have work too, but they would had to give it more dynamic back in seasons 4-6 and have them interact like Trixie with Discord to actually give some hints that Twilight really care about him or he cares about her.
That doesn’t preclude it from sucking, though.
Still canon and supported by show runners.
