Fluttershy has the necklace before it’s created
Pinkie Pie missing her ear, and “the necklace”/2028408, at some scenes at the end
Celestia’s broken hoof
Celestia’s misplaced tail
Lemon Heart having the wrong eye

…and plenty and plenty more minor lazy errors … including the one at the very start where the three background ponies each had a line, but only one was animated with 3 different voices.
