Beerus defeated Goku straight up, no cheats in one of those flicks. Capper stands no hope here.

I wasn’t being serious. I just find the idea that any canon not represented in the tournament could be said to be stronger than Dragon Ball to be funny.

Mortal Level isn’t based purely on power, it’s more of a “quality of civilization” thing. U9 was the lowest because as we saw in the few bits we got of it and some stuff the Trio De Dangers said, it was a violent cuthroat universe full of conflict and shitty civilizations
U7 is low largely because Buu and Freeza really fucked shit up, now Beerus is at fault here since he did nothing about this though.

I don’t know. Beerus represents the second weakest universe, right? And I don’t recall any Equestrians in the tournament, so Capper would come from at least the top 50% of realities power-wise.
Not to mention that such a punch would do more than make Capper lose his teeth lol.
