Sounds more like Flist icons / Telegram stickers / Discord whatever-they-call-their-knockoffs.
should probably check what other artists are charging. price seems a bit low. even if you can do 1 image every 6 seconds, that’s still less than $2 an hour. remember, it doesn’t matter how much money you need. what matters is how much money others are willing to give up.
if you want to make 300 vectors in one shot, consider trying out animation, or comics. or you could ask episode reviewers if any of them need someone to draw the various reactions their oc can have.
