I think I have both in my case
Actually, there’re two types of depression, one where you always feel kinda awful, and another where things are usually normal, but you sometimes have, like, major depressive episodes. Hell, it’s even possible to have both types simultaneously.

Sometimes, a person has GOT to just plain give up on how they were existing and transform from the old to something new a la the caterpillar > butterfly.
