This may also explain why dragons normally avoid each other. When the local version of ‘Hi, neighbor’ can end in a snapped spine being a hermit doesn’t sound so bad.
Interesting form of greeting, I like it
The image originally came out of Ember saying that dragons don’t express their feelings they just fight. I found the idea that this is just how Ember expresses her feelings. She’s not mad at him. It’s the only way she knows how to say hello!
You weren’t the only one who made that accidental pun.
