I mean if Ruby is demanding whoever she’s threatening to look into her eyes, then that means that they aren’t looking at Ruby’s general direction (which has BOTH her eyes and the sword) or they have their eyes close…
 
In that case, how can Ruby intimidate the character with the tail sword if they aren’t even looking at it?
 
Ruby fan-fic wise is absurdly tenacious and could just move your head into her direction with her tail and can force your eyes open with her magic.
