I don't know why this bugs me so much, but this would be a bit neater if you swapped RD/scSootar and Scoarot/rRumble tree's places. That way, there wouldn't be those lines crossing over RD. Yes, they are (somewhat) different colors, but why not just avoid dealing with it at all?
