basically Starlight says something along the lines of: “bikini is kind of embarrassing for me–being an oba-san and all.”  
Obasan is a term for women who are not seen as “young” anymore–usually anyone over “college age”.
 
K-nattoh seems to get the impression that Starlight’s old. I don’t blame him. She styles her mane like women in the 60s and is probably as old as Sunburst. Unless Sunburst looks very old for his age, then Starlight’s at least older than Twilight by some years.
