This version of the Penguin rock.
In the finale, he got an outfit similar to the classic. The top cap being an opera one so it can be fold. And the monocle since his right eye was wrekc by a grenade thansk to Nyssa and Bane. Now all need be the trick umbrellas such as one with a sword, one with a flamethrower, one with a grenade laucnher and one with a knife.

I think I prefer the Penguin and Riddler on the left (The Gotham Ones).  
They actually look like they’re feeling the effects of Gotham.  
(As they should.)
