Then you drive a small engine, even in my 2.5 litre turbodiesel, you can almost dump the clutch and it wont die (if you are reving it a bit).
 
1.6 Litre or smaller 4 cylynder gasoline engines that produce less than 150 horse will probably stall if you dump the clutch (it also depends of the weigth of the vehicle and gear ratio).
 
Anyways dump your clutches at your own risk.
