Not with that CofG, you aren’t.
Are we forgetting that this is Rainbow Dash? The pony who pulled a 90 degree change of direction at Mach 1 with four ponies hanging off her?
Pinkie Pie’s candy-inflated butt would have to be made of dark matter to stop Dashie.
 
Pinkie’s butt is actually a form of exotic matter… Which is how she does all the crazy stuff she does

Not with that CofG, you aren’t.
 
So there’s two options:
 
  1. Terrified Pinkie clings to RD tight (so CofG stays almost unchanged), and screams the whole way while Dash just laughs.
     
  2. Pinkie hangs limply, and both HER and RD have a bad time, most likely soon colliding with a building. (Assuming that Pinkie is durable enough that the sudden acceleration won’t rip her wrist off… ouch, an unpleasant perspective. 0_0)
