@Midnox: She can still use magic, as either a Sage or a Dark Flier. And it ends up being her strongest weapon type too.
 
I also forgot to mention Olivia can do so as a Dark Flier as well. But like with Cordelia, Olivia’s not suited for doing so.

Well who wouldn’t have known?
There was cartoon and anime references, and I’m not so sure… But if this is the first ever Video Game allusion in the IDW comic, I am happy to see that it’s Fire Emblem!
 
Are you Forgetting Link in Flutterbrutter? IN, THE, ACTUAL, SHOW? But yeah, IDW are way more loose on putting shout-outs of other works, like the countless Sailor Moon ones, Donald Duck’s nephews, some Harry Potter including but not limited to the man trio, the Three Stooges, the Power Puff Girls, and many more

@Stotter: I made my comment to reference the fact that all but two of Lucy’s potential mothers have the Pegasus Knight class. But on the other hand, it is good to see that IDW’s not contributing to any FE-related shipping wars.
 
Well, she’s obviously not an unicorn. Well, Chrom can’t marry a magic user anyways XD

I like how they completely block Lucy’s sides. Makes the reader try to guess what kind of pony she is.
