Windy’s coat is actually a slightly lighter shade of blue (Windy: ABD6F3, RD: A3DEF8), and her eyes are a different shade of purple. Dash’s is more cerise, Windy’s is more fuschia.
That being said, WW still looks just like an older RD but with freckles and a wrinkle here and there. S’great to see.
She’s also the same shade of blue.
