Well, apart from that. But the CMC, and indeed most other foals for that matter, haven’t grown at all.

Waaaay more than that considering that there have been at least 3 winters.

i can’t help but wonder how much time has actually passed in-universe since episode 1, assuming mlp doesn’t ascribe to a self-retconning floating timeline. my guess would be something like one or two years.
