Seriously? “Do you like… bananas~?” how old you are? because is not funny and First Celestia love Cake not banana, we a never a episode when she eat Banana, no this is trollistia and molestia thing, not Celestia. but is surprise to see Luna eat Hanana like she have done and I am surprise no can make joke of it
I have no idea what that whole banana joke is about and I’m like to lazy right now to look it up.
But on to the troll thing. I’d said Princess Celestia is definitely a jokester. Remember how she played that tiny joke on the Cakes to lighten the mood after seeing just how nervous Mr. Cake was? And at the second Gala when Twilight was apologizing for Discord’s behavior, she said something along the lines of, “Can you imagine how boring it would have been if I hadn’t invited him?” Much to Twilight’s utter shock.
She’s been around for a very long time so things tend to get boring, a good sense of humor goes a long way to keep one sanity intact.
She’s not a tyrant though, at least I don’t think of her as one.
