Reminds me of that season 6 episode The Times they are Changeling where Starlight says “I’m really excited to see Sunburst again” on the train. But when they get to the Crystal Empire, the whole episode follows Spike and we don’t really see any Starlight and Sunburst interaction. Lol, so trollish.
She’s said on the DA page that she doesn’t plan to bring them back any time soon in future comics.
Maybe, but I don’t exactly hold much hope. He’d apparently been that way since he was a kid, and his magic hatred pretty much would have justified everything in his eyes. Plus Starlight had a revenge streak that took accidentally destroying Equestria to break, and I doubt she got it from her mom…
It’s been so long, perhaps he’s had time to reflect on things.
I mean, Twilight gave Starlight the opportunity to change. Wouldn’t it be hypocritical if Starlight didn’t do the same for her father?
