Eh? I am not sure what are you talking about. But the reason why we consider incest as taboo is that children that they will have born defect. But at least according to articles that I read higher each degree of the cousin, the risk of the child get birth defect decrease exponentially. 4th cousin have 64-128 times lower risk compare to 1st cousin. Heck even according to some study marry 4-5th cousin usually have higher fertility rate (they usually more children) compare to marrying someone that marry random person.


 
So the short answer is no, they barely related. It's alright if they became girlfriend and boyfriend.
