I honestly kind of assumed it would have been because on basically a daily basis I am reminded that the world is the tiniest goddamn place.
Now whenever I see a purple and silver truck I’m left wondering if it was squish or not. Was he in Merrillville on May 2nd? Or was that just truck-color coincidence?

No, not for this one. Everything was meant to emulate the visual appearance of the vehicle. The glasses to represent the windshield, the beauty mark to represent the handle of the door, things like that.
This is why I stick with factory jobs. They train you to do something so simple that it’s ridiculous, it’s speed demands that most places have that’s absolute bullshit. I’ve worked enough places that have such a high turnover rate that they haven’t even clued in that “Oh… We must be the ones in the wrong here, maybe we should change some things.” but nope, quota’s and clients seem to matter more than employee happiness. Sad sad world we live in.
