I think everypony actually makes more sense than everyone or everybody. Why are you calling people bodies or ones anyway?
 
In a world with many species I could totally see everygriffon, everyhuman etc. to be a thing because it kind of describes what group you are addressing.  
We are just not used to it so we see it as odd or stupid. but if it was normal we would be making fun of people saying everybody.
