I see some complain about these writers’ writing too actually ironically.
 
Plus, writing for a comic is actually different from writing for a TV show, (and a bit more limited) so just ‘cause somebody can write for TV doesn’t mean they would know how to write a comic.
 
I remember when they tried to adapt a Sonic TV episode into the Sonic comic series it turned out awful… (Especially, the notorious artwork by the mysterious “Many Hands.”)

Shame that they got a comic writer to do it instead of someone like GM Berrow. Or heck, Vogel or McCarthy.
