The VR aren’t really seal her vision . it’s must me uncomfortable and painful for her to using it like that.

You need a Better rig if your VR is lagging or dropping frames. I run the Oculus CV1 with a buttery smooth image. Looks fantastic.

VR Games where you are just a marionette for another player would be very nausea inducing : any “forced” movement or orientation change in VR tend to make people sick very fast, unless it’s super smooth and they can anticipate it.
 
There are already cooperatives games where you must verbally order/advise the VR player however :
