Yes, I know there’s a skull on her hat, it was stylized as the Mad Gear logo, and then at one point to look like the “Shadooloo” logo as a self-poke reference..

I think it was actully meant to be an SS hat as well seeing how old image of Roxy, the recolor of Posion, tend to be show with an eagle oh her hat.

I want to say the “police badge” was once just in the awful fighting game, which, I guess counts as much as Sonic ‘06 on an actual timeline. Of course, that was probably changed for the sake of “no point it being the mad gear logo or even a chain and ring”.

The hat shape sure, but I don’t remember ever seeing it with a police badge and rarely without chains.
 
The bracelets and collar, sure, but those are fairly normal accessories.

Given that the original DA posting only says “cosplay” but does not name Poison or either Street Fighter or Final Fight, I think it’s just a generic police outfit.
