That's total bullshit, and a blatantly offensive and broadly sweeping generalization. They don't work differently, that's completely nonsensical to suggest, everyone is their own individual and cannot be stereotyped or generalized by their gender. Gender is ctompleteally irrelevant and does not define you or anything, because you're an individual, and that's one of the big messages of the show itself, if that's a good way to word it, you get the idea, I mentioned this stuff in my earlier posts.


 
Anyway, either gender is equally capable of learning the friendship lessons, and all the other positive lessons/things she could teach. Celestia is more than capable of teaching anyone who's willing to learn. We only know of like two of her students anyway. Also, didn't mean to post as background pony, just a habit, but whatever.
