Click on their tags. Diamond Rose has a short bio saying “Diamond Rose is a G4 pegasus pony who originated in the toyline as both a brushable playful pony and as a blind bag, and who later appeared in some issues of the IDW comics.” And Lemony seems to have been in the show and in toys, as well as the Gameloft game.

They could be random backgrounders or toys that used in comic, but they were indeed in the comic at a point.

“Lemony Gem”? “Diamond Rose”?
 
Are those comic only characters? I’ve never heard of them prior to this.
