Description
They say an artwork is never completed, only abandoned. Well, I’m abandoning this one before it drives me insane. It seemed every time I fixed a problem, three more would result. The only parts I’m happy with are her eye, horn, and the patch of hair behind her ears.
Turns out I was quite ready to abandon it yet. I made a few edits to make it look a little less creepy, hopefully. Maybe. Not really.

I just don’t understand why this got such a high portion of downvotes compared to other works with the same level of ‘uncanniness’. I supposed that, like you said, the userbase is just fickle…
Time spent doesn’t equal upvotes or quality. Add to that that the userbase of derpibooru is rather fickle. I figure that this got the downvotes due to the “uncanny valley” look it gives off.
