What about mechanical keyboards? They give tactile feedback and how much is dependent on what color you go with.
beats gang life…
None of those are mutually exclusive to using the internet regularly though. Most of them involve the Internet in at least some capacity, from simply playing music through youtube during a workout to a at-home job.*
Besides, being born before the popularity of the internet doesn’t give you magical moral superiority over younger people.
Anyway, my comment was to CBD8 (and the commentors before him), who seems to think he’s inherently better for being born sooner despite doing exactly what the stereotypical kid he’s making fun of does (staying inside/trolling), whilst using pointless, ill-defined words and just using this image to complain about the younger generation. Even though the show he’s clearly interested in is targeted at them
*Examples: my sister does all of her work from her computer as her job, her husband has a workout youtube playlist, online books, such as Google play or fimfic, netflix/tv tuner cards, and chatrooms/skype
A job, exercise, reading, watxhing tv or movies, talking with irl friends or having friendly talks through the telephone
Those are offline activities that allows you/me/your aqcuantacies have more contact with our surroundings.
Life existed before the internet. We shouldn’t let her took over us
You’re spending your time complaining about Kids These Days™ while anon on a pony image site.

Right? I’ve gone through a fair number of those awful rubber-dome keyboards, myself, most of which all went bad on me. They’re cheap, so of course, you get what you pay for. Made it all the more of a relief when I picked up my mechanical one.
The one on the PC-8300 (and TRS-80 model 100 by extension) is a pretty damn fine keyboard, imo, for an 80s portable. I have a small guilty pleasure of sometimes taking it out and tapping away on the keys without actually using it, just because it feels so nice to use.
Damn shitty 90s education >;(
oh, i don’t know. by having an ACTUAL LIFE?
