Methinks the texture kinda makes for a nice thin-velvety-smooth-coat effect.
Thanks! Blender does let you make things look better than SFM, it’s just a LOT of work to do so. But worth it. :)

Yeah, I’m still fine tuning this style somewhere between photorealistic and cartoony. The goal with the skin is to make her look lightly fuzzy (like a peach!) without rendering a zillion individual hairs. Undecided about the hooves, though.
I really love the look these Blender models have. Hell of a lot better than SFM. Keep going. I would like to see about commissions at some point.
If people like the series so far, it just may :)
