The story behind the image is set is a AU anthro MLP world. Shining Armor is a college student and under the love/hate oppression of Principal Celestia and her two assistants Cadance and Luna.
These three make any ol excuse to put poor Shiny and his soft, ticklish soles through all sorts of playful punishments, usually in detentions and usually by way of unwinnable situations. Although Cadance has quickly grown quite smitten and actively tries to find ways and means to make her lovely little stallion squeak, moan and plead.
