Yes, Lily was deflowered by a bunny stampede.
It’s kind of sad to imagine if she weren’t just acting and somehow actually died there, then someone else would have to put her lily back in her mane for her… D:
The reason I think of that is probably because of a strong craving for positive physical contact which is badly lacking in our society, which is precisely what someone putting her lily in her mane for her would be - positive, somewhat affectionate physical contact
