well they won’t give us an api, send all your private data through cloudflare (unencrypted), which blocks tor. they won’t federate/syndicate with any other sites, and their website’s coded so maliciously, it’s pretty clear knighty dreams of working for google.
yeah, there are a lot of reasons not to use fimfiction.
remember, to build a site like that, you have to be creative, tech-savvy, and pretty f*cking stinkin rich.
FiMfiction doesn’t allow greentext. Most writers would have to reformat their entire story to post there.
Still confused why everyone doesn’t just post their stuff on FIMFiction, personally. Most fandoms aren’t even diverse enough to have fans who are both creative and tech-savy enough to build a mass fanfiction site, so why do people feel the need to scatter their stuff on things like paste bin?
