Don’t get me wrong, yo. Like I said, I’d love to see an episode or two dedicated to bringing some real staff to the castle, I just think it’d be a mundane theme for an entire season.
 
If the driving plot for a whole season becomes just hiring ponies to work as things like guards and maids, the secondary plots for each episode will really have to pull a majority of the weight, otherwise the season’ll just feel like My Little Pony: Finding Employment is Magic xD .
 
An interesting idea, however, could be something along the lines of hiring a few already established characters to take up some of the roles. That could be really interesting.

Yeah, you got a point there. Still, bar that, the occasional visit from Twilight’s friends, and the spiders in the dungeon area, it’s still rather empty.

I don’t know about the entire theme for a season, but I’d definitely like an episode or two dedicated to making the castle more lively.
 
One of the reasons, aside from many others, as to why I liked “A Hearth’s Warming Tail” so much was because of how lively and full the castle was, not to mention how good an idea it seemed to use the castle as a center for the community to come together and celebrate in.
 
A whole town celebrating as friends and family in a friggin’ Friendship Castle. Made sense to me =D .
