She is, she has leukemia from what I readed in the Make a Wish homepage, I would never make negative marks of someone ill that is extremely wrong, I work with health care to start with.
A heart is generic; given her entire look is actually very pretty and cute the cutie mark really is her "weakest" point, which isn't any issue or complaining it was just a note from my side, perhaps her OC didn't even have a cutie mark in the first place and so DHX just picked it since she's "lovely"?
The person there simply attempted to bait or something thus why posted anonymously.
