On this page, we get the full run down on why Uganda came up to Sabe in the first place.  
A thorough explanation from Uganda herself, explaining that she and the harem that shes apart of, are going through troubled times right now with the current leader they have. Who apparently doesn’t do a good job at keeping them safe.
 
As Uganda explains all of this, Sabe then starts imaging what the rest of the harem must look like. With pleading eyes and all.

Well, this one was quite interesting to color! That is certainly a ton of dialogue, but it does explain a lot.  
Also coloring all of those imaginary Ugandas from Sabe’s imagination was kind of painstaking, but I got it though!  
Notice how they don’t have any shading what-so-ever and Uganda is the only one with shading in the 3rd panel. This emphasizes the Uganda is the only one there, while the rest are imaginary.
