I think the third difference is that her front pocket has swapped sides.
That’s #2–I used a lighter shade of blue for the blue stripe of her hair, because it’s usually the same color as the hair outline (and makes it look odd, IMO).

That’s one difference. Two left.
Clothes tend to make them either cuter or hotter, depending on the circumstances of the artwork. I can’t possibly have a legit answer for how they manage to do that either. Maybe… some kinda special pony voodoo?
