Amazing, I have my grimdark tag to the max XD.  
Also, now that I digitally color it, it’s a little faster, the line work on the other hand is hand drawn. I enjoy drawing by hand. That is not really going to change. Also coloring supplies is not always available for me to get.

Literally, rattled this one off this evening.  
Took around an hour to draw, then around 35-40 minutes colouring it. (Celestia’s mane, and that bed sheet with all the moons on it).
 
I think the only time something takes me forever to get drawn, is when I do a comic page. The bigger ones can take 8-10 hours, or even longer, usually done a couple of scenes at a time.
 
The worst ones are those Warhammer 40k crossover comic pages. That Chaos soldier the ponies meet was a nightmare to draw.

(May not be to everyone’s taste. Taking the Grimdark out of 40k is about as likely as taking the Cute out of My Little Pony. It’s not going to happen).

It so lovable, exactly how many hours did it take when you put it together, I had one that took 6hrs in total but it took like 4 or 5 days.
