Well in that case I imagine it's the sort of thing most of the characters would love to have, except maybe Rainbow Dash. Twilight's known to research medicine and enjoys helping others, Pinkie Pie would likely enjoy it for the sake of making friends, and even Rarity would likely find use for the fact the Medic's tech can apparently restore damaged clothing too.
Most people just make Fluttershy the healer because they associate her with being more motherly than the others.
I feel like I've seen HeavyJack before actually, but I think for the most part people like Big Mac more.
