Early 00’s came to my mind because, at least for me, they look teeny weeny like Spice Girl. And as a teen I had a… Mildly negative opinion on that band.
Mind you, I didn’t chcek if my memories on their look are correct, so I may be terribly mistaken.
I may have meant to say most too. The parents on Rugrats and All Growed Up have those sorts of personalities. ^w^

That’s what I said. People who were teenagers or adults in the ’80s are sometimes retrospectively embarrassed for dressing like that. :3
I like it and I’m under thirty. Then you get people in their Late 40s to 50s who actually dressed up in those outfits back in the 80s :P
So does anyone who grew up in the ‘90s. For some reason, I’ve found people over thirty-ish hate ’80s fashion, but people under thirty-ish love it. Case in point, my horrible outfit (which nopony can see, but eh. X3 )
