i mean you might be inclined to say not flutterbat but then again flutterbat was the real fluttershy and you might say that “real” fluttershy was made by the spell

Sure, not like the other things the spell did made any more sense to begin with.
It would be easy to do :) Just make it so Twilight’s reversal spell on Fluttershy/bat went wrong and instead split them into two different beings. Of course thats but one way to do it, there’s probably (definitely) many more ways it could be done
